Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable, reliable, secure, end-to-end distributed systems.
Write and review complex, reusable code across front-end and back-end technologies.
Guide product development from conceptualization through deployment, including estimates and architectural blueprints.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into software.
Build AI-powered systems, scalable platforms, end-to-end experiences, and multimedia pipelines for professional filmmaking products.

8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
4+ years of full-stack development experience.
Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
Strong proficiency in Python for server-side development.
Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Understanding of DevOps practices, AI-assisted coding tools, and API design.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, prioritization, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
