Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy shop-monitoring software applications that provide real-time manufacturing insights.
- Extend and enhance existing MES systems through software development and integration.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade MES hardware, software, equipment, networks, operating systems, databases, and application environments.
- Develop and maintain software for environmental data collection and assembly repair reporting.
- Manage procurement of hardware, software licenses, and services for MES projects.
- Monitor MES system accuracy, stability, availability, and production performance.
- Diagnose root causes of system issues and implement corrective solutions.
- Generate customer reports from assigned MES systems.
- Create MES procedures and technical documentation.
- Train MES technicians and end users.
- Communicate with clients and align MES solutions with organizational needs.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the assigned shop.
- Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning, scaling, and managing Kubernetes environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the IT field.
- Intermediate or advanced coding proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, and WinForms.
- Proficiency with Vue, Java, Spring Boot, .NET Framework, Nginx, Tomcat, and C#.
- Knowledge of MariaDB, Tibero, Oracle, SQL Server, Windows, Linux, RHEL, and related Linux distributions.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of business processes related to MES.
- Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, APIs, and ecosystem tools such as Helm and Kustomize.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Preferred certifications include A+, Microsoft MCPD, MCITP, MCTS, CMfgT, CPIM, ISA-95, Rockwell Automation MES, Siemens SIMATIC IT MES, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, CISA, PMP, Certified MES Professional, CKA, or CKAD.
