Responsibilities
- Handle or support stakeholder requirements elicitation, decomposition, allocation, impact analysis, interface and constraint specification, compliance, and prioritization.
- Handle or support static and dynamic design from system level through software component level.
- Develop using model-based development and configure and integrate embedded software.
- Perform system, system integration, software integration, and component testing using HiL and SiL environments.
- Perform static analysis and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage baselines and variants to maintain traceability among requirements, work products, and test reports.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems found during testing.
- Report work status and escalate barriers to the project manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience with strong understanding of embedded software, system development, hardware-software interfaces, and software configuration.
- Proficiency in Embedded C and ability to write clean, structured, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with Python or Perl, including data-processing libraries such as Pandas and frameworks such as Django.
- Experience with HiL testing and automated test tools.
- Practical familiarity with V-Model or Agile/Kanban processes in embedded development.
- Proven experience with Git, Git Actions, and Jenkins.
- Awareness of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, cybersecurity, CAN, LIN, UDS, OBD, and ASPICE.
- Ability to use AI effectively for research and self-study.
- SiL and model-based development experience is a plus.
- Communication and presentation skills are a plus.
- Experience with C# and .NET is a plus.
