Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of software modules for the Cotiviti product suite.
- Perform full-stack development for applications used by internal and external customers.
- Design and develop software with product owners and team members.
- Represent the team in production releases and support production issues through triage and resolution.
- Analyze complex software issues, identify root causes, and improve application performance and availability.
- Document application specifications, designs, features, and operations before production rollout.
- Join client calls as needed to provide technical support and answer questions.
- Communicate technical and operational issues and recommendations to engineering and business leadership.
- Ensure technology standards are followed and recommend new standards and technologies where appropriate.
- Execute the software development lifecycle and contribute to process and system improvements.
- Mentor and guide other engineers and participate in peer reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five years of hands-on development experience using Java 8 or higher, including lambdas, streams, and modern concurrency features.
- Five years of experience building full-stack applications with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Five years of experience designing scalable, high-availability services using Vert.x.
- Five years of experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Five years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle and NoSQL databases in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting and maintaining mission-critical enterprise applications in production.
- Experience with Maven, Git, and Jenkins for build, version control, and CI/CD activities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns.
- Experience may be gained concurrently.
