Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform.
- Build and improve tools for understanding and analyzing large-scale data.
- Debug, troubleshoot, modify, and unit test customer applications and solutions.
- Assess technical risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Develop specifications, technical documentation, and user support guides.
- Support technical demonstrations, proofs-of-technology, and customer training sessions alongside senior engineers.
- Travel as needed for customer-facing engagements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, cloud computing, relational or NoSQL databases, and profiling and optimization.
- Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, or the fundamentals of LLM tool calling and function execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Preferred experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
- Preferred experience with Git or other version control software.
- Preferred prior internship or project experience deploying applications at scale.
- Preferred experience using modern developer AI workflows such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
