Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow configuration user stories for service catalogs, catalog items, record producers, knowledge bases, notifications, assignment rules, SLAs, and workflows.
- Deliver projects implementing ServiceNow Workspaces and Now Assist.
- Lead or participate in design workshops, development, testing, deployment, and unit testing activities.
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and custom applications.
- Build ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and homepages.
- Configure data security using control rules and domain separation.
- Implement integrations using Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.
- Administer ServiceNow instances, including roles, permissions, business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and support reliability and user satisfaction.
- Conduct peer reviews, provide technical documentation, and coach junior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- 6 to 8 years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering Workspaces and Now Assist implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, and Bootstrap.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, collaboration, planning, problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting deadlines, and translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
