Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
- Provide third-level support for JDE production issues and lead complex troubleshooting.
- Perform technical analysis, coding, testing, and deployment following SDLC and change-control standards.
- Support monthly financial close activities with Finance and Accounting.
- Document system changes, configurations, and development work.
- Participate in regional ERP standardization initiatives.
- Support Power BI queries and integrations related to JDE.
- Coordinate and support JIRA-based requests for Colombia.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of ERP experience with strong hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development and support.
- Experience delivering end-to-end JDE solutions in a production environment.
- Experience supporting integrations, reporting, and analytics; Power BI experience is preferred.
