Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the large, complex Analytics Product Suite and contribute to new feature development.
- Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and end-users on requirements discovery, UX solutions, and project prioritization.
- Design and deliver high-quality software across development, testing, documentation, and support.
- Provide L3 production and user support, including testing, maintenance releases, incident ownership, root-cause analysis, and fixes.
- Collaborate with development and support teams across global regions and serve as a technical and functional contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Improve application performance and system stability while working with event-driven architectures and high-throughput applications.
- Provide delivery updates to managers and stakeholders and mentor or guide other team members as needed.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience and a B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech qualification.
- Excellent experience with React.js, TypeScript or JavaScript/ES6, HTML5, CSS3, NPM, Webpack, Rollup, REST, Ag-Grid, charting libraries, SQL databases, UNIX, GitLab, and Nexus.
- Knowledge of core Java with multithreading, clean-code design, test-driven development, DevOps practices, application performance management, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience developing high-performance, high-throughput applications and addressing information security challenges in complex client-facing applications.
- Strong UX and software design skills, analytical ability, communication skills, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Investment banking or capital markets knowledge, equity trading and compliance knowledge, Python, and OMS/EMS front-end development experience are desirable.
