Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend APIs, and data layers.
- Use AI coding agents and assistants for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, and code review while validating outputs.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable production code and participate in code reviews.
- Translate Product and Design requirements into specifications and support feature rollout and monitoring.
- Investigate bugs and performance issues, propose fixes, and contribute to refactoring and technical debt reduction.
- Work with automated testing, observability tooling, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and engineers on features used by millions of Vietnamese people.
Requirements
- Be a final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a solid grasp of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Understand HTTP, REST APIs, client-server architecture, and relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Have hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework and one backend language or framework through coursework, projects, open source, or internships.
- Have experience using AI tools such as coding assistants, agents, or LLM APIs, with the ability to critically verify their outputs.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI features into a project is preferred.
- Be comfortable with Git and the command line; familiarity with testing, containers, or cloud services is preferred.
- Demonstrate adaptability, evidence-driven problem-solving, product awareness, clear communication, ownership, initiative, and self-learning ability.
