Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and enhancement of software applications and system components.
- Own project lifecycle activities and serve as a primary liaison for communication and decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align work and deliver project milestones on time.
- Provide solutions to complex problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Design scalable software architectures and integrate system components, APIs, and third-party services.
- Debug, test, and optimize software performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with Python programming.
- Strong Python programming skills with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures and integrating system components.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with APIs and third-party services.
- Strong influencing, advisory, stakeholder coordination, and team decision-making skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with AI Agents and Workflow Integration is preferred.
