Responsibilities
- Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI-assisted user journeys.
- Turn complex financial flows into simple, fast and reliable mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend and AI engineers to take features from idea to production.
- Own app performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases and release stability.
- Use production feedback, analytics and customer behavior to improve features after launch.
- Integrate APIs and authentication while handling financial data securely and reliably.
- Debug production issues and improve overall application quality.
Requirements
- Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin.
- Experience shipping Android applications used by real users.
- Understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android development.
- Ability to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability and app quality.
- Strong product sense and attention to user experience.
- Demonstrated personal contribution to building, shipping or scaling a serious product, platform or system.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and move quickly without lowering quality.
