Responsibilities
- Develop test platforms for high-quality and reliable service scaling.
- Support tools and infrastructure for the engineering team.
- Create and improve test tooling, infrastructure, and standards.
- Share best practices to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Increase product observability for issue diagnosis.
- Build a strong CI/CD environment with scalable automation frameworks.
- Own services/products with a focus on performance and security.
- Lead and mentor peers as the organization grows.
- Participate in production deployment rotations.
- Provide infrastructure support during on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building services/products/tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, C/C++.
- Experience with industry test/build/CICD/Infrastructure as code tools.
- Customer-centric mindset for developing effective solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.
- Experience designing scalable services for millions of clients.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and REST services.
- Experience in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem-solving.
