Responsibilities

Design and build data pipelines and the data layer.
Develop and maintain computational frameworks and infrastructure that run quantitative strategies at scale.
Implement and enhance software systems for financial data, research, portfolio construction, and trading.
Partner hands-on with researchers and quants to turn ideas into robust production solutions.
Work across the systematic and quantitative business lifecycle, from data ingestion through research and implementation.
Build and integrate LLM agents, copilots, and automation into engineering and research workflows.
Use AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools to improve software delivery quality and speed.

Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution.
3 to 8 years of working experience in software engineering.
Programming ability in Python or C++ on Linux/Unix platforms and familiarity with scripting languages.
Experience with code version control and continuous integration and deployment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability, judgment, and attention to detail.
Collaborative, mature, thoughtful, and motivated by technology at scale.
Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and agentic AI is beneficial.
Finance experience is a plus but not required.
