Responsibilities
- Design and develop iOS applications using Swift with a focus on performance and usability.
- Build scalable, reusable programmatic UI components using UIKit and Auto Layout.
- Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Own features end to end, including development, testing, and production support.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Write unit tests covering reliability and edge cases.
- Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to define and ship features.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on iOS development experience using Swift and UIKit.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle practices, software engineering best practices, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience debugging and resolving complex issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Evidence of high-impact contributions or going above and beyond in previous roles.
- Open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating passion for iOS development.
- Preferred: experience with SwiftUI and modern iOS development patterns.
- Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS.
- Preferred: experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous networking.
- Preferred: knowledge of MVVM, VIPER, and other iOS architectural patterns.
- Preferred: experience with app performance optimization, debugging, and memory management.
- Preferred: familiarity with App Store deployment, provisioning profiles, and release management.
- Preferred: exposure to analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools such as Firebase and Crashlytics.
