Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and architecture for AskCR's multi-platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-team engineering efforts and manage releases.
- Establish best practices for code quality and CI/CD.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
- Mentor and guide engineering team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in web and mobile development frameworks, specifically React and React Native.
- Experience building APIs with Python, particularly FastAPI.
- Proven experience in multi-platform software development and integration.
- Expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and debugging.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
