Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end solutions for ERP, input and output management, and digital document processes.
- Integrate AI and automation technologies into the service landscape and continuously optimize business processes.
- Develop services that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience as part of digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions.
- Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems and services.
- Support technical and strategic initiatives, projects, and service improvements with global teams.
- Administer and support Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
- Build and maintain system integrations, API-based solutions, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP administration and ERP-related integrations.
- Strong experience with scripting, automation platforms, and workflow engines, including PowerShell, Perl, Python, Power Automate, or n8n.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-based automation solutions.
- Experience with requirements engineering and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with software development, system integration, testing, and API-based solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern deployment processes.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MQTT, routers, firewalls, VLAN, and VPN.
- Understanding of enterprise system architectures, IT service management processes, and preferably ITIL.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures.
- Understanding of software security practices.
- Preferred experience with output-management solutions, document lifecycle management, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, collaboration, and ownership skills.
