Responsibilities
- Use TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP to advance Attio’s product and company.
- Lead projects end-to-end to solve real customer problems.
- Architect and re-architect backend systems for performance, reliability, security, and scale.
- Design REST API contracts for internal and external consumers.
- Represent Attio’s Product and Engineering values internally and externally.
Requirements
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.
- Excellent knowledge of modern cloud-native systems architecture.
- Expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
- A track record of ownership and product delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for distributed systems.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Preferred: open-source contribution or participation, mentoring experience, and experience with data-rich backend applications or large volumes of real-time data.
