Responsibilities
- Design secure, robust, and sustainable end-to-end software solutions.
- Translate business and product objectives into high-quality technical solutions and implementations.
- Develop and continuously improve customer-facing digital applications.
- Build automated tests and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and health throughout the application lifecycle.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, Product Owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
- Promote agile development practices, software engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical mentoring and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional fullstack software development experience.
- Strong experience with Angular 19 or later, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET 8 or later.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Gitflow.
- Experience using Visual Studio, GitHub, SAST, and DAST solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Experience developing customer-facing digital products and working in agile software development environments.
- Experience mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence.
- Ability to translate business and product requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English and good knowledge of Swedish.
- Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, and continuous-learning skills.
