Senior Software Engineer - Data Infrastructure

Base Salary
$158k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain software and tools that enable data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and engineers to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Support product teams in building real-time and batch processing pipelines.
- Research open-source technologies and apply relevant findings to the team’s infrastructure.
- Work on data intelligence infrastructure processing large volumes of collected operational data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Java or Go and experience building high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with Azure and GCP cloud environments.
- Experience with deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, learn new codebases, and make changes safely in large complex systems.
- Infrastructure or platform development experience is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, food technology, or related industries is a bonus but not required.
