Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to define system design and create blueprints for workflows.
  • Validate technical approaches and approve configuration changes to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Application and Quality Engineers while consulting with clients.
  • Coordinate with Quality Engineers to ensure thorough testing of all experiences.
  • Maintain clear communication between the technical delivery team, Project Manager, and Client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in contact center solutions, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven ability to design scalable omnichannel Customer Experience solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS Services.
  • Deep experience in integrating Amazon Connect with external systems like CRM and ERP.
  • Strong consultative skills to lead technical discovery and mentor junior staff.
