Responsibilities

Represent NiCE as an AI technical expert at conferences and industry events.
Deliver compelling AI presentations and demonstrations showcasing NiCE’s capabilities.
Build content such as demo storyboards and AI use-case playbooks.
Conduct discovery conversations and needs analyses for business and technical topics.
Identify challenges within accounts and propose AI-led solutions.
Lead technical aspects of the sales process, including solution design.
Assist with defining and executing Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
Educate clients on the value of NiCE’s AI capabilities.
Enable Sales and partner teams with AI knowledge and technical guidance.
Collaborate with Account Executives to manage complex deals.
Provide product feedback to enhance NiCE’s AI capabilities.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs with clear technical input.
Refine cross-platform messaging across various technologies.

Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities tailored for different audiences.
Strong experience in customizing and building demos and PoCs.
Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins in technology sales.
Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
Effective communication skills from C-level executives to front-line agents.
Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
Strategic thinker with strong technical aptitude.
