Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze multi-cloud security telemetry, investigate alerts, respond to incidents, and tune detection rules.
- Design and implement multi-cloud identity and access management, RBAC, PAM, least-privilege controls, and zero-trust identity frameworks.
- Deploy and maintain cloud-native security posture and compliance tools, enforce security baselines, detect misconfigurations, and support regulatory compliance.
- Secure cloud networking, encryption, data, and workloads across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including DLP and data residency controls.
- Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and scripting, and automate compliance scanning and remediation.
- Develop internal security tools and automation frameworks using AI platforms and LLM technologies for code generation, threat analysis, and documentation.
- Work with practice leadership, mentor junior team members, contribute to recruiting and training, and travel as needed for client and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of cybersecurity or cloud security engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Expertise in zero-trust architecture, cloud networking, container security, secrets management, vulnerability management, and data protection across multi-cloud environments.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and cloud-native threat models.
- Preferred credentials include AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or CISSP.
- Ability to work across engineering, strategy, compliance, and technical architecture discussions in a client-facing advisory environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client and business needs.
