Base Salary

$108k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain object-oriented software applications, libraries, and instrument drivers for Windows-based test equipment.
  • Develop and implement system-level applications supporting engineering, production, factory readiness, and sustainment of missile weapon-system products.
  • Support test solutions with automation, thermal testing, vibration testing, and factory or laboratory instrumentation.
  • Derive and develop software product requirements and manage multiple software engineering tasks concurrently.
  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-career software engineers and drive consistency across multiple product software teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, program, directorate, and functional leaders in multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience developing and integrating software applications with technologies including ATEasy, C++, C#, Java, Python, or Visual Basic.
  • Experience using integrated development environments and debugging tools to troubleshoot software and ensure product integrity.
  • Required experience with Windows and Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Experience with factory or laboratory test instrumentation, electronics, and equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; an active and existing clearance is required on day one, and U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Preferred experience includes production test equipment, automation environments, KMES, Common Test Platforms, Keysight, Teradyne, computer architecture, hardware interfaces, TCP/IP, UDP, RS-422, UML, software configuration management, Azure DevOps Server, GitHub, and technical team or project leadership.
