Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and define gaps.
- Write test cases covering requirements.
- Execute test cases and report defects with severity and priority.
- Perform manual testing.
- Use automation testing tools where applicable.
- Apply knowledge of payment systems, JIRA, and SOAPUI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing or QA engineering.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Basic understanding of Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Jenkins or GitLab CI, AWS, Azure, GCP, Agile/Scrum, and ISTQB certification.
