Base Salary
$209k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the organization to create efficient development paths for engineers.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity.
- Develop libraries and tools for vetting service APIs and microservice interactions.
- Unify internal tooling and vendor services to optimize workflows and security.
- Innovate across the development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and telemetry.
- Establish a culture of continuous quality delivery as the team grows.
- Build efficient systems that amplify the impact of every engineer.
Requirements
- Previous experience building developer tools or infrastructure for engineering teams.
- Expertise in evaluating technical tradeoffs affecting developer productivity.
- Fluent knowledge of AI tooling, build tooling, and open-source frameworks.
- Demonstrated passion for creating empathetic developer workflows.
- Professional experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Background in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Deep understanding of automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD integration.
- Expertise in modern programming languages, particularly Go, and Git workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
