Base Salary
$140k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems that acquire and match candidates at scale.
- Improve experiences for companies and recruiters and help develop a self-sustaining marketplace.
- Build agentic recruiting systems that surface strong matches between candidates, companies, and recruiters.
- Develop recruiter tools including a Recruiter CRM and AI-assisted workflows.
- Build deep integrations that reduce friction throughout the recruiting process.
- Discover important problems, design solutions, ship them end to end, and own outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong product judgment informed by user behavior, data, and first-principles thinking.
- Business-oriented approach focused on revenue, retention, and market dynamics.
- Ability to move quickly across the technology stack while maintaining quality where it matters.
- High ownership and ability to identify problems, make plans, and build solutions.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and business.
