Responsibilities
- Learn development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers throughout the software development process.
- Complete simple coding tasks independently.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Incorporate feedback and communicate the advantages of software solutions.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
