Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead reliability improvements for critical services and influence adjacent teams on production best practices.
- Drive complex reliability initiatives, root-cause resolution, and long-term corrective actions.
- Design resilient, scalable systems with failure handling, observability, and recovery strategies.
- Participate in architecture reviews focused on operational scalability and service resilience.
- Own service-level operational readiness, SLOs, incident quality, production health, and reliability decisions.
- Strengthen operational controls while balancing delivery speed and risk.
- Apply AI to improve debugging, automation, and operational insights.
- Mentor engineers and elevate team capability in reliability engineering practices.
- Coordinate during incidents and cross-functional operational events and participate in on-call as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with complex production ownership in SRE, infrastructure engineering, or related disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in distributed-systems troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms and tooling such as Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, or AKS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident-management tools such as Dynatrace or PagerDuty.
- Experience applying AI/ML tools to debugging, automation, or operational insights, including anomaly detection, automated root-cause analysis, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Strong coding or scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Demonstrated ability to own service-level reliability decisions, incident management, and operational excellence.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, high-availability systems, and fault-tolerant design patterns.
- Ability to analyze complex systems holistically and make data-driven decisions to improve uptime and performance.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but is not required.
