Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Onboard new document forms in UiPath IXP/IDP through configuration, taxonomy definition, and extraction schema alignment.
- Maintain and enhance existing forms by monitoring extraction performance, resolving issues, and incorporating document variations.
- Analyze documents to define field extraction requirements, data patterns, validation needs, and model training opportunities.
- Create, refine, and test prompts and extraction instructions for complex and unstructured documents.
- Support model training, validation, testing, and performance evaluation using representative datasets.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into implementable IXP solutions.
- Participate in delivery ceremonies, provide status updates, manage backlog items, and support iterative releases.
- Document configurations, assumptions, validation outcomes, exceptions, and operational support procedures.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath IXP, including Communications Mining and generative AI extraction.
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding.
- Exposure to UiPath Automation Cloud, Action Center, Orchestrator, AI Center, or downstream automation workflow integrations.
- Strong understanding of document extraction, classification, OCR, validation workflows, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
- Experience with requirements analysis, field mapping, taxonomy definition, and extraction schema design.
- Prompt engineering skills for defining extraction instructions and improving generative extraction outcomes.
- Ability to define training, validation, and testing datasets for model improvement.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics, confidence thresholds, exception handling, and continuous improvement practices.
- Understanding of agile delivery practices, sprint execution, backlog grooming, and iterative solution development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
