Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized machine learning areas while leveraging ML infrastructure and demonstrating expertise in a chosen field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in Python and C++.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field.
- Three years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
