Base Salary
$82k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate new versions of Joint Simulation Environment software products and data.
- Conduct integration testing and provide results to determine whether the software baseline can advance to the next testing level.
- Develop, test, and debug behavior scripts for JSE integration and products.
- Perform hotfix software changes and required builds to resolve critical issues.
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software code.
- Merge software changes into baseline development tracks using Git and GitLab.
- Understand JSE product dependencies and their relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2–3+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace, Computer, Software Systems, Electrical, or Electronic fields, or four years of related work experience in place of the degree.
- Experience coding with C++ or Python.
- Experience developing with Windows and Linux.
- Experience with Git and GitLab.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong personal communication skills and ability to work in a flexible, high-performance development environment.
