Base Salary
$150k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build novel AI-driven product experiences and user interfaces on the web.
- Focus on creating scalable backend systems while performing full-stack engineering.
- Debug complex streaming issues.
- Own the entire development cycle of features from conception to production.
- Write code quickly, ship frequently, and impact business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience working on an app used by 1M users is a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong product sense and ability to think cross-functionally.
- Experience coaching and mentoring other engineers.
