Base Salary
$150k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build novel AI-driven product experiences and web user interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend systems while contributing across the full stack.
- Debug complex streaming issues.
- Own the entire development cycle of features from conception through production.
- Ship frequently and help scale the company’s content.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Full-stack engineering capability with a strong focus on scalable backend systems.
- Experience building polished consumer applications is preferred.
- Experience working closely with product, design, and machine learning teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent collaboration skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor other engineers.
- Strong product sense and cross-functional thinking about product experiences.
- Experience with an application used by 1 million users is a bonus.
