Base Salary
$77k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and resolve defects.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software performance and functionality.
- Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify engineering processes.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and senior Integration and Test Engineers on validation and verification requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology, and potential problems.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and track root causes with development and test teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including SysML-based system models.
- Create and maintain the test automation suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active U.S. Department of War Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI access within one year of hire.
- Preferred: active TS/SCI clearance, Security+ CE certification, Space Domain Awareness knowledge, MBSE/MBT/SysML familiarity, Eggplant or similar testing-tool experience, Jira/Confluence familiarity, and Java, C++, and Linux experience.
