Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI solutions, including AI agents and orchestration services.
- Build and deploy AI applications using LLMs and modern software engineering practices.
- Implement agentic workflows within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Glean.
- Develop multi-agent systems and vector database integrations for context-aware experiences.
- Integrate and orchestrate enterprise tools to drive automation and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to define standards for AI and automation across internal services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and at least one additional language.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Snowflake.
- Practical experience with agentic AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience developing robust integrations and APIs for automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
