Responsibilities

  • Clarify functional requirements for complex occupational pension plans.
  • Design, configure, program, enhance, and support administration and communication solutions.
  • Handle all project-oriented customer support activities and cooperate with customer contacts and project leaders.
  • Optimize business processes and perform reviews, quality assurance, internal controls, and documentation.
  • Work closely with software teams responsible for core development.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in mathematics, a technical field, or business economics.
  • Analytical and conceptual ability to identify broader relationships and willingness to learn new subject areas.
  • Initial software development experience, ideally with .NET, SQL databases including Transact-SQL, Unit Tests, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps or TFS.
  • Experience in project work, an independent working style, and confident, friendly communication.
  • Very good German and good English skills, plus confident use of Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork, strong communication, customer-oriented behavior, high quality awareness, and strong commitment.
  • Knowledge of occupational pension plans is advantageous.
