Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, operate, and maintain embedded software, firmware, and computing systems software.
- Apply software engineering standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle.
- Perform requirements analysis, software design, coding, testing, debugging, and integration.
- Develop software for engineering, scientific, manufacturing, and national defense applications.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, application users, and technical and support personnel.
- Support program and customer needs through occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related STEM field with at least two years of relevant engineering experience, or a master’s degree with zero years of experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming in C/C++.
- Experience developing embedded software for Linux or VxWorks real-time operating systems.
- Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, object-oriented design, scripting languages, CI/CD pipeline development, version control systems, software planning tools, and modeling tools.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and any additional customer-specified clearance before starting.
- Preferred qualifications include Java experience, embedded software testing/debugging/integration on target hardware, CI/CD development, and an active Secret clearance.

- Annual base salary range of $79,300.00 to $118,900.00, with potential overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus eligibility.
