Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and software engineers to develop and operate products.
- Participate in system design and code reviews to uphold team standards and code quality.
- Contribute to system design discussions with senior developers.
- Define Coupang Pay’s web platform strategy and architecture and build flexible, efficient PC and mobile web architectures.
- Build and develop web features that create new customer experiences.
- Improve the quality and productivity of the team’s web products and guide engineers toward high-quality architecture and design.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in web frontend development.
- Programming experience with JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, React, Redux, Vue.js, and Angular.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, Jest, and Storybook.
- Experience with web standards and browser compatibility.
- Experience building highly available, scalable, and reusable UI components.
- Ability to quickly analyze and work on complex and unfamiliar code.
- Knowledge and understanding of usability, Lean UX design, conceptual modeling, and industry trends.
- Preferred: experience with browser loading and rendering optimization, SPA, SSR, in-app browser development, Node.js, Express, NestJS, large-scale services, Git, Spring Framework, and Open API SDK or library development.
- Preferred: strong collaboration and communication skills, self-directed growth, and experience with Agile software methods and microservice architecture.
