Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, test, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and platform components.
- Lead ServiceNow capability development across ITSM, request management, knowledge management, asset management, CMDB, service catalog, and related modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, OAuth/JWT authentication, and secure integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow functionality, workflows, integrations, system performance, and data quality issues.
- Support platform governance, change management, documentation, configuration management, unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
- Provide ServiceNow technical support and subject matter expertise for incidents, service requests, problems, and enhancements.
- Administer the platform, including ACLs, role and access management, instance cloning, upgrades, performance tuning, AI governance controls, and operational sustainment.
- Create technical documentation, system design artifacts, knowledge articles, and user guidance.
- Present status updates, technical recommendations, and solution demonstrations to government and contractor personnel.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development technologies, including JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application lifecycle management, and secure development practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, generative AI configuration, responsible AI controls, and AI-driven agents and automations.
- Experience with AI-driven development using the ServiceNow SDK is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-work skills.
- Federal-environment or regulated-enterprise experience is preferred.
- Ability to present acceptable identification for customer badging and site access, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver license, U.S. Passport, or another document from the GSA Required Identification List.
