Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade agents using LangGraph and LangSmith for technical support, integration troubleshooting, and onboarding.
- Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems to reduce support volume and improve customer experience.
- Own the technical roadmap, architecture, product ownership, and full lifecycle of customer support and onboarding systems.
- Identify gaps in LangChain and LangGraph frameworks and contribute improvements to the open-source ecosystem.
- Develop AI-native onboarding workflows that automate documentation retrieval and code generation for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience shipping LLM systems in production.
- Deep understanding of prompting, retrieval, cognitive architectures, and agentic loops.
- Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript, ideally both, with the ability to build end-to-end applications.
- Ability to work autonomously through ambiguity, identify high-impact problems, and drive them to completion.
- Customer-centric ability to translate technical pain points into scalable system architectures.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph is likely.
- Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring is a nice-to-have.
- Experience building or maintaining open-source projects is a nice-to-have.
- Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams is a nice-to-have.
