Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate artificial intelligence and machine learning architectures in production environments.
- Construct high-volume batch processing systems, real-time microservices, automated continuous retraining, and system observability capabilities.
- Architect sustainable solutions across the full machine learning lifecycle while protecting product outcomes.
- Build and manage deployment pipelines, version control, and containerized services.
- Apply generative AI, large language models, and agent orchestration tools.
- Communicate technical trade-offs to engineering peers and non-technical business partners and align technical outcomes with commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating production AI and machine learning architectures.
- Proficiency in high-volume batch processing, real-time microservices, continuous retraining, and observability.
- Deep understanding of the complete machine learning lifecycle and sustainable solution architecture.
- Strong technical foundations in Python and SQL and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Practical experience with public cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform and its technologies.
- Experience with deployment pipelines, version control, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and ADK, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field is preferred but not essential.
- At least three years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Engineer is preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of commercial KPIs and the relationship between model performance and broader business objectives is desirable.
