Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines and developer delivery workflows across the full software development lifecycle.
- Create reusable pipeline templates, workflow standards, infrastructure-as-code configurations, and secure deployment processes across development, test, staging, production, and ephemeral environments.
- Embed secrets management, least-privilege access, audit logging, software supply-chain protections, security scanning, and policy as code into delivery workflows.
- Connect delivery events with Slack and Jira for notifications, approvals, incident alerts, and traceability.
- Troubleshoot and debug pipeline and deployment failures, and document platform standards and runbooks.
- Define CI/CD platform strategy, build self-service developer platforms and paved-road workflows, and improve developer productivity and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with application engineers, SREs, QA, product, security, and release management while mentoring engineers and driving adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Go and back-end JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS, ROSA, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and KRM.
- Experience with GitLab, GitHub, GitHub Actions, runners, workflows, automation, and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes compositions and templating.
- Experience defining CI/CD platform strategy across an engineering organization and applying enterprise software change-management standards.
- Ability to measure and improve developer productivity, deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and MTTR.
- Experience building self-service developer platforms or paved-road/golden-path delivery workflows.
- Strong judgment regarding standardization versus team autonomy, plus the ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering-practice adoption.
