Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of front-end architecture across React-based analytics products.
- Drive adoption of web development best practices, coding standards, testing approaches, and shared tooling.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business needs into intuitive digital experiences.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and day-to-day collaboration.
- Integrate REST APIs, WebSocket endpoints, and third-party platforms to surface BI data in modern web interfaces.
- Contribute to sprint planning, prioritization, delivery risk management, and technical improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience building production-grade software with React at scale.
- Experience leading technical discussions with engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Agile delivery, and full software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party platforms.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of performance, testability, accessibility, security, HTTP(S), source control, deployment using Git and GitHub Actions, and debugging in complex data-driven environments.
- Preferred experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, shaping engineering culture, and working in analytics or data visualization.
