Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee configuration, system integrations, and release cycles.
- Set and enforce platform standards for stability, reliability, and performance.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Provide technical solutions for the immediate team and multiple organizational teams.
- Lead best-practice development to improve solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience establishing platform standards for system reliability and performance.
- Ability to manage release cycles and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Skill in troubleshooting complex technical issues across teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
