Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing AI architecture team while fostering relationships across Sopra Steria.
- Define and refine business requirements for AI opportunities and initiatives.
- Design and own technical solutions across pre-sales, delivery, and reusable architectural blueprints.
- Develop AI propositions and support go-to-market activities across multiple sectors.
- Lead technical solution design activities and author bids, proposals, and client presentations.
- Build trusted client relationships and represent Sopra Steria at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Proven pre-sales experience, including authoring bids, developing proposals, and supporting new business opportunities.
- Experience designing and delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI Agents, AWS AI, and Azure AI.
- Experience developing AI-enhanced digital assistant solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and Machine Learning Operations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be eligible for SC security clearance.
