Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, integrate, and deploy mission-critical software and AI solutions for agent autonomy, navigation, sensor and data fusion, and response actuation.
- Integrate Palantir autonomy software with sensors, actuators, and autonomous platforms.
- Deploy and integrate software across edge devices, on-premises systems, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Address deployment, integration, networking, security, hardware, and user experience challenges.
- Partner with sensing, artificial intelligence, systems engineering, user experience, hardware, and robotics experts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience integrating and deploying software to edge or autonomous systems such as drones, self-driving systems, or on-premises and edge servers.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, or Java.
- Strong integration skills with networking, Linux/GNU, CI/CD tools, scripting and automation tools, APIs, documentation, and edge and networking hardware.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or significant relevant work experience.
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
- Experience with autonomous systems, embedded systems, sensors, drones, robotics, edge AI, AI/ML, sensor processing, edge/on-premises hardware and networking, and robust production systems is valued or desirable.
