Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Copilot Studio, Cowork, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell.
- Implement Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled automation in accordance with governance and security standards.
- Diagnose root causes of automation failures, performance issues, and operational incidents, and remediate them.
- Support production automation and platform workloads in a backlog-driven, service-oriented model.
- Create documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for automation health, platform usage, adoption, and governance or audit metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant related field.
- At least 7 years of overall experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- At least 3 years of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation and administration, including Graph API.
- At least 2 years of experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions, such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or LLM-based automations.
- Experience supporting production platforms and automation workloads, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Experience building and governing Copilot Studio agents or other AI or agent-based solutions, including knowledge sources, custom actions, connectors, prompt design, and responsible AI practices.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AB-620, PL-200, or AI-102 are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, clear written communication, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
