Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access controls, periodic reviews, and IAM policy enforcement.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated identity and account provisioning workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IGA-related operational issues.
- Lead application onboarding and integrate new systems into the IGA platform.
- Ensure IAM processes meet GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align IAM strategies with organizational and operational needs.
- Plan and execute identity-related projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum eight years of work experience in IAM or IGA roles.
- Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Memority, and SAP.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools such as PowerShell and Python.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, rapport-building, and influencing skills.
