Responsibilities
- Characterize cyclist positions using inertial sensors and Computer Vision techniques.
- Process sensor data using Euler angles, FFT, and STFT analysis.
- Develop neural-network and image-processing solutions for industrial quality and process control.
- Create or adapt RNN and CNN architectures, apply reinforcement-learning methods, synthesize image datasets, and optimize inspection controls.
- Detect industrial anomalies, dimensions, surface conditions, assembly states, operator gestures, operator intent, and musculoskeletal-risk indicators using stereo or monocular cameras.
- Compare operator-analysis results with manufacturing procedures and use findings to configure workstations.
- Integrate solutions into a model factory or training factory environment.
- Conduct literature reviews, prepare scientific reports, document project knowledge, and contribute to multidisciplinary project management throughout the internship.
Requirements
- Final-year engineering-school student seeking a graduation internship.
- Specialization in signal or image processing, computer science, or artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of software development, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, algorithms, and artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency with several relevant tools, including PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO or SSD, and Python or C++.
- For the Sport Science project, basic knowledge of cycling and biomechanics, physics or mathematics, and 3D rotation concepts is desirable.
- Ability to work responsively, rigorously, independently, and with a strong service orientation.
