Base Salary
$65k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Test functionality for fixes, enhancements, and new releases before end-user acceptance.
- Execute daily testing work instructions, meet testing timelines and sign-off dates, and escalate potential delays.
- Upload testing and defect evidence into JIRA, ALM, or QTEST.
- Participate in defect management meetings and drive defect resolution for assigned testing areas.
- Develop documentation for upcoming releases.
- Support end-user and production-support training and organizational change management strategies.
- Collaborate with Verizon, third-party, QA, project management, application support, and technical teams throughout testing cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Experience with SAP application suites, including S/4HANA and IBP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in demand/supply planning or procurement.
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing issues.
- Experience in system testing.
- Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong organization, communication, multitasking, independence, and teamwork skills are preferred.
