Responsibilities

Drive the innovative use of Salesforce.com as an enterprise business platform.
Contribute to low-level and high-level architecture design.
Develop custom solutions within Salesforce and other object-oriented applications.
Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications.
Champion best practices and guide the team in leveraging them.
Drive user story analysis and ensure high code quality.
Ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development.
Maintain technical documentation for the operations team.
Manage engineering deliverables by working closely with engineering teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM and provide thought leadership.

8+ years of experience with object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
5+ years of Salesforce developer experience.
Expert-level proficiency in LWC and front-end development.
Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience.
Experience with Release Management and Deployment technologies.
Experience with data management and migration principles.
Experience with integrations on the Salesforce platform.
Practical knowledge of telephony and CTI systems.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Salesforce Certifications required; Certified Platform Developer II required.
